Product Description
This Disney Frozen 2 themed balloon arch DIY kit is perfect for birthdays, special events and Anna and Elsa themed children's parties. Create your very own scene with Olaf, Kristoff and Sven for a really fun party!
It's easy to do - simply inflate the latex balloons then push the ties through the holes in the decorating tape for a simply beautiful display.
Each pack contains:
