To personalise your message card, simply enter your message into the box above. At checkout, select your event date to let us know when you'd like the balloon to arrive at the delivery address. We'll dispatch it on the working day before the date you've chosen.

We ONLY send these products with our courier PRIORITY service. The product will be dispatched one day prior to your required by date. ONLY POSTING TO UK MAINLAND.

Returns

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any* of the goods you purchase, please return them in their original packaging within 30 days and we will refund you.

*Please note we don't accept returns on helium canisters, hosiery, wigs or unless faulty, personalised products.
