Congratulations Latex Balloons - Assorted - Pack of 6

These brightly coloured, high quality latex balloons come in an assorted pack of 6 and have 'Congratulations' printed across the balloon with a pretty star and sparkle pattern. The pack includes balloons in orange, purple, yellow, blue, pink and green. Suitable for inflation with helium or air, to inflate with helium you will need one of our helium cylinder for 30 balloons.
