Owl Foil Balloon - 26"

Our lovely owl foil balloon will brighten up any woodland party! It's a massive 26" in size and will make a real impact in a balloon display with other co-ordinating colours. It would even be great for a Harry Potter party

Suitable for inflation with helium or air with a hand pump. To inflate your balloon to make it float, you will need to purchase a helium cylinder for 30 balloons or helium cylinder for 50 balloons. Many florists also offer an inflation service for a small fee.

*Please note we don't accept returns on helium canisters, hosiery, wigs or unless faulty, personalised products.
