New Year Metallic Dots Foil Balloon - 18"

This lovely New Year foil balloon features rose gold, gold and silver dots on a black background with 'Happy New Year' printed in white. It will go perfectly with our matching latex balloons or some other black or rose gold decorations. Balloon measures 18"

Suitable for inflation with helium. To inflate your balloons, you will need to purchase a helium cylinder for 30 balloons or helium cylinder for 50 balloons. Many florists also offer an inflation service for a small fee.
