A vintage clown girl costume in the style of Pennywise the clown from the Steven King IT film. This spooky but more child friendly vintage clown fancy dress costume features a grey ragged dress with attached stripy braces, red satin bow tie, red ruffled buttons and also a matching little cone shaped clown hat. This would be ideal for any Halloween party or to go trick or treating. Team up with some face paint and some white tights (sold separately)
