This cute foil balloon with "Happy Halloween" text will look great at any family friendly Halloween event and will add some depth to your party display. Each balloon features a cartoon spider hanging from the writing on a orange striped background with black and white stars on.

Suitable for inflation with helium. To inflate your balloons, you will need to purchase a helium cylinder for 30 balloons or helium cylinder for 50 balloons. Many florists also offer an inflation service for a small fee.
