Just inflate them with air or helium, add some ribbon and a weight and you're ready to use as a table centrepiece or room decoration. You can put them together in bunches to decorate your venue or allow them to float freely around the space.

Suitable for inflation with air or helium. To inflate with helium, you will need to purchase a helium cylinder for 30 balloons or helium cylinder for 50 balloons. Many florists also offer an inflation service for a small fee.
