These 'pastel dusk' blue latex balloons are perfect for balloon arches and bouquets for so many occasions like a birthday or baby shower. They are like a Wedgewood blue and not so bright as our other blue balloons. The muted tone makes it perfect with off whites and golds for a distinctive look.
