These pretty black, pink and purple latex balloons are the perfect way to wish your friends and family a happy birthday. Just fill them with helium or air and attach them to a balloon weight with our fancy balloon ribbon.

Suitable for inflation with air or helium. To inflate with helium, you will need to purchase a helium cylinder for 30 balloons or helium cylinder for 50 balloons. Many florists also offer an inflation service for a small fee.
